You must report to the Service Table where you will be assigned a proper distance Bib Number.
- From the Half-Marathon or Marathon to the 5K – No Refund for the fee difference
- From the Half-Marathon to the Marathon – An exchange fee of $50 will be required.
- From the Marathon to the Half-Marathon – An exchange fee of $25 will be required.
Shirts – Medals – Bibs
Unique finisher medals and shirts for the 5K, Half Marathon, and Marathon.
The Gear Check-In Truck will be located near the START(s) located at 5th St. & Brown St. from 7:00 am to 8:30 am.
After the start of the races, the truck will be located just south of the Finish Line chutes located at 5th St. & Jackson St. from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm.
Bags not claimed by 3:00 pm on race day will be taken to KLA’s offices and held until October 15, 2013. After October 15, 2013, the leftover bags, including the contents, will be given to charity. Please do not leave valuables, cash, credit cards or jewelry in the gear bag. The Event or KLA is not responsible for lost or stolen bags or items.
Large pace signs will be displayed throughout the Start Line area. Please be courteous and line up in the area that best fits your pace.
Your official time will not start until you reach the Start Line.
After you cross the Finish Line, it is time to begin celebrating and lose yourself in a wonderful feeling of accomplishment.
Great volunteers will meet you with a bottle of iced cold water, a beautiful finisher’s medal, an iced cold energy drink.
Leaving the Finish Line Area, you will walk into a beautiful, green plaza and begin celebrating your success with old and new friends, family members and running buddies.
The Rest & Recovery Area will include additional refreshments, food, entertainment, massages, results and much, much more.
Within 5 to 10 minutes after you submit your online registration, you should receive an email confirming the information you sent to KLA. Any corrections, event changes, etc., should be reported to KLA as soon as possible in order to update.
After KLA receives your registration, your confirmation will appear within two business days on the Participant List. This will include your assigned Bib Number.
Quick Pick Ticket
Three to four days before the event, you will receive an email confirmation with all pertinent information, including your Bib Number. Bring this Quick Pick Ticket to packet pick-up for faster service when you pick up your race material. This will apply to those who have provided an email address, which will also be used for updates and personal results from the event.
If for some reason you do not receive or forget your Quick Pick Ticket, you will be able to find your Bib Number easily at the Packet Pick-Up area.
We urge you to check your confirmation early and report to KLA any corrections and/or changes.
